Operation & Maintenance Manuals for the Building Services & Construction Industry

Below is a brief summary of the services we offer. All manuals produced are customised for the project and can incorporate features to suit all requirements. Please do contact us to discuss any specific needs.

Manuals are supplied in digital format on CD but may also be printed either by you or we can arrange that for you. Printed manuals are in fully indexed 4-D ring binders. The digital manuals are complete with links to locate information very easily within the document.

Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&Ms)

Our main business is to author and compile customised operation and maintenance manuals (O&Ms) for all types of projects and trades. Relevant third party literature is sourced for inclusion and we contact your sub-contractors and other associated trades for details of their work that needs to be included. If required the manuals can incorporate the health and safety file with all COSHH and safety data. A typical O&M contents is shown on the right.

Tenant & User Manuals

We can prepare manuals for tenants and end users. These are similar to an O&M but mainly address information on installation operation rather than detailed maintenance requirements.

Instruction & Technical Manuals

We can prepare technical manuals to assist engineers, site / plant operators, and others to generally familiarise themselves with the operation of specialist equipment and machinery.

Digital Imaging

A picture can paint a thousand words and to assist any site specific explanation within the manuals we can include images. We are able to accept and process images in all popular formats.
