Cayman Islands Government Administration Building
Office fit out specialists Workplace Environments located on Grand Cayman were providing
various works to the new Cayman Islands government administration building. The building
houses some 29 departments, including the Governor's and Premier's offices.
The main contractor McAlpine Ltd required O&Ms to be provided for inclusion within their central hand-over documentation. These were formatted to their template design and included detailed information of all the packages provided complete with LEED Certification, product health and safety data, literature, and warranties as appropriate.
Each manual was a separate document and were completed to very tight time-frames to meet the site programme.

- Room Space & Area Divisions
- Wall Panel System (Marlite)
